Meetings & Events

Monthly Meetings

Group meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month in Houlden Hall, Norfolk Row in Sheffield City Centre and all are welcome to attend. You may want to find out more about diabetes, or to chat to others.

Norfolk Row is the short pedestrianised street between Fargate and Tudor Square (site of the Crucible and Lyceum Theatres). The entrance to Houlden Hall is in between the  shop being used as a temporary base for St. Maries and the railings of St. Maries Cathedral. Click here for location map and photographs of the building.

Doors open at 7.15 p.m. with refreshments available. The Speaker starts at around 7.30 p.m. and the meeting finishes at 9 p.m.

We welcome everyone affected by diabetes, whether newly diagnosed or longer term, along with carers, relatives, friends etc. We also welcome health care workers with an interest in diabetes. There is always the opportunity to talk to other members of the group, ask questions and share experiences.
